Updated: Jun 17, 2020

To be blunt, Kettlebells do not hurt your back. How you use the Kettlebell hurts your back.

The Kettlebell is only a tool and like any tool if used incorrectly it has the potential to hurt you. If you hit yourself with a hammer you wouldn't say hammers are dangerous, you know it is your misuse of the hammer that hurt you. The same applies with a Kettlebell.

Many people rush in all eager because they heard that Kettlebells are a great way to get fit and shred fat. They are and their use should be encouraged. However, you should always spend time learning how to use any new piece of equipment and this is also true of kettlebells. You wouldn't drive a car without having a few lessons and then practicing.

Kettlebells can be all you hoped for in building strength and conditioning and for trimming down a bit, but only if you use them properly. Contact us now to learn the how you can get the best from this simple piece of equipment.
