Did I get you in with the title? I hope so, it is not a trick but there is a little more to it than the title suggests.
While the Kettlebell is a great tool for building strength, conditioning and general resilience to claim it will give you a stress free life needs a bit of explanation. Through consistent practice and mindful (yes, sounds a bit wanky) practice the Kettlebell can help build the physical and mental qualities that can lead to a stress free life. If you want to just come in and "get a good workout" that is fine but you will miss out on learning the meaning behind the term training.
When you come in to do a workout the focus tends to be on the end result but when you commit to training it becomes about the process or journey to get to the end result. Think going for a walk through the bush and only thinking about resting at the end. Now think about the same walk and taking the time to take in your surroundings as you walk and learn the route taken. It makes for a much more satisfying walk, yes.
This is where learning about your body, how it responds and immersing yourself in the process is going to develop a greater understanding of yourself. Sometimes we get caught up looking ahead and forget to look around. Embrace the grind and take the time to learn.
Or just stop and smell the roses.
