Based around StrongFirst level 1 skills, this class focuses on building strength and power. A monthly program allows time to develop your technique and the skill of strength. No random daily workouts.
KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING
7.40-8.20
Saturday
Based on the use of 2 Kettlebells, this is a class that focuses on building both strength and conditioning. Mostly using several exercises linked together without putting the Kettlebells down builds your work capacity.

Prefer a private setting, no problem. We can find a time that suits you.
